Get in shape with our fun and energetic fitness classes!  Our friendly, enthusiastic staff members will get you moving, grooving and help you work your way to a healthier you!  Be sure to call our office for dates, times, and fees.
Fitness Fusion
Fitness Fusion classes are specifically designed for every fitness level.  You DO NOT need experience and can move at your own pace.   We'll get you kicking, punching, and squatting with this fun, high energy cardio class!   You’ll feel like a million bucks by the time this class is done!

HIIT Bootcamp
Try this great high intensity interval training program!  High Intensity Interval Training is an exercise strategy that alternates short periods of high-intensity anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods.  By working out using HIIT, you'll see fat-burning results in no time! 
Afternoon Yoga
Strengthen and train your body, mind, and soul as we teach you the relaxing and challenging poses of yoga.  This low-impact physical exercise perfect for all fitness levels and can help increase flexibility, tone your muscles, and improve your posture all while helping to reduce mental and physical stress. 
Zumba
Zumba is a fun, Latin salsa exercise program that uses easy-to-follow dance moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program.  Use almost every muscle in your body as you shimmy, shake and dance off calories all while having fun!  Join the party and let us help you dance your way to a better, healthier you!

Contribute

Contributions to RE-CREATION is an influential way to help the youth of the community.  It helps build their skills for their bright future.  With your support we are able to fund over 100 programs and 30 special events.  100% of all donations goes directly to programs / special events.
